Registration, processing, documentation, verification, consultation, onboarding, and support fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated. If payment is successfully deducted but the service request is not received due to a technical issue, customers may contact support for verification. Any eligible refund request will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of request. CSP approval, BC Point approval, Retailer ID approval, Distributor ID approval, activation, or rejection depends on the respective institution's policies and verification process. We do not guarantee approval or activation of any application. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method.
